PCR test systems
AgroDiagnostica, LLC has developed and implemented into practice a unique set of test systems based on polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for diagnosis and identification of a wide range of crop infectious diseases. Also developed were systems for nucleic acid isolation from plant material and preparation of samples for PCR analysis. Kits are manufactured in three different formats: analysis of PCR products by electrophoresis (E), analysis based on FLASH (FLuorescent Amplification-based Specific Hybridization) technology, and Real-Time PCR (Rt). With FLASH technology, fluorescence is registered with a PCR detector “Gene" or “Gene 4” ("DNA Technology" Research and Production Company, Russia), the results are displayed in 30-60 seconds. Sets based on FLASH technology do not require opening the tubes after amplification, which significantly reduces the risk of contamination. Reagent kits in the Rt format allow qualitative analysis and are adapted for such devices as DTprime, DTlite (DNA Technology, Russia), iQ5 iCycler (Bio-Rad Laboratories, USA). We also have kits adapted to Rotor-Gene 6000 (Qiagen Instruments, Germany).
The developed systems allow detecting and identifying pathogens very quickly, reliably and with high sensitivity.
